Rail Forum East Midlands, formerly known as the Derby and Derbyshire Rail Forum (DDRF), represents over 150 businesses across the East Midlands, employing over 25,000 people and contributing £2.6bn to the local economy.

Formed in 1993 the DDRF was originally created to promote the area as a world class centre of rail excellence. Our members include infrastructure and rolling stock designers and consultancies, installers, manufacturers, OEMs and a wide range of service providers to the industry. Today we work strategically with both UK and regional governments, the Rail Supply Group (RSG) and our local LEPs as well as continuing to support our members through specific events.
